We're pleased to let you know that Toucan JustGiving is now available to download for both Android and Apple (iOS) devices.

Once you've downloaded the app, you can:

  • Sign in using the same account details you previously used with Toucan Collect.
  • Resume processing transactions for campaigns that were already set up on your users' devices. These campaigns have been successfully migrated.

This marks a partial restoration of service. Users can now download Toucan JustGiving, sign in, and continue processing transactions.


Transaction reporting is available through your charity portal. However, at this stage, you will not yet be able to create, edit, or share campaigns with additional users.


We expect the charity portal to be fully restored within the next 72 hours, and we'll send a further update to confirm when this is complete.
