How do I manage reconciliation of donations?

In order to match the donations processed through Toucan Giving with settlements made by Charities Trust, you will need to compare the Charities Trust statement with the donations shown in the Toucan Giving portal.

1. You will first need to login to your Toucan Giving portal.

2. Once you have logged in, go to My Transactions. This will show all of your transactions.

3. Filter by the date you wish to reconcile for. You can then export this report.

4. On the report you will see all of the transactions and the ID's

5. Now sign into your Charities Trust Statement portal.

6. When looking at your settlement statement, you will be able match up the transactions ID's from your exported report.
