The JustGiving search feature in the app is aimed at fundraisers.
This search feature of the Toucan JustGiving app is a free service. If you are an existing charity customer that use the paid version of the app, you will need to ensure that you are creating the campaigns in your Toucan portal and scanning the QR code in the app. If you fail to do this and use the search feature instead, you will not have access to the reporting of any donations taken in your Toucan portal.
