Charities can identify donations made through the app in their JustGiving reports using the following fields:
- Product Source - Liberty Pay Tap to Donate (the payment source name will soon be updated to Toucan Giving)
- Payment Type - Contactless
- Third Party Reference - {transactionID}
The report will also include the relevant Fundraising Page details and JustGiving Campaign Page title alongside the donation information.
Please note: Charities on the JustGiving Start plan are unable to report on donations received through the Toucan JustGiving app.
