How do I identify contactless donations made through Toucan Giving in my JustGiving reports?

If you are on the Grow or Pro plan and have access to reporting, each donation can be found in your payment report within your Charity Account, just look out for the following columns:

- Product Source = Liberty Pay
- Payment Type = Contactless
- Third Party Reference = {transactionID}

*Toucan Giving is a LibertyPay brand

If you’re on the Start plan, you won’t be able to report on the contactless donations you receive within your JustGiving account. You will be able to view your transactions in your Toucan Giving Portal.
