If you are struggling to gain a connection on your terminal there are a few things that you can check.
- Has the terminal accidentally been placed into airplane mode? You can press and hold the power button and four symbols will appear, one of which will be an airplane - please make sure that this is not turned on.
- Have you connected the terminal to a Wi-Fi network? If so, is this a secure password protected Wi-Fi network? The terminal will not be able to process payments on an open or guest network despite saying it has successfully connected.
- If you have a SIM card in your terminal, you will need to ensure that mobile data/roaming is switched on in cellular settings.
