My A920 will not take me to the payment screen after selecting a donation amount. What can I do?

If your A920/A920 Pro will not take you to the payments screen after selecting a donation amount, this is most likely due to a lack of till roll.


Please check that the terminal has sufficient till roll inside. The terminal contains a sensor and if it cannot detect the till roll paper, it will not allow you to proceed to the payment screen.  


If you have got sufficient till roll inside and you are still unable to go through to the payments screen, please get in contact with us at cs@toucangiving.com.
