If you have got deferred transactions stored on your A920/A920Pro terminal and need to upload them, please follow the steps below.
Before trying to upload any stored transactions, please ensure that the terminal has a connection either through a SIM card or a password protected Wi-Fi.
1. Exit out of the donation app by either triple tapping the bottom right corner or pressing the three lines in the top left - this will bring up a menu on the left hand side. Press Exit and then press Yes when it asks if you are sure you wish to exit.
2. Now you will need to press Payments.
3. Login to the Payments app. User ID 1234 and Password 1234 or 0000.
4. Then press Admin Menu and Submit Transactions.
5. Any stored transactions will now be processed. These transactions can take around 24 hours to show in your transaction summary and in your Toucan portal.
