How do I upload deferred transactions on my Newlands terminal?

If you have got deferred transactions stored on your Newlands terminal, please follow the steps below to upload these transactions.

Before attempting to upload any deferred transactions, please ensure that the terminal has a connection either through a SIM card or a password protected Wi-Fi network.

1. From the donation screen, press the three lines in the top left corner to bring up the menu. Then press Exit and Yes. It may ask for a code to exit, this will be the last four digits of the serial number.

2. Press NN Smart and then Management.

3. Press Batch Deferred and then Batch Upload. This will then upload any stored transactions.

4. Press the back arrow twice in the top corner and then the config settings wheel at the bottom.

5. Then press Desktop, the User is admin and there is no password so just press login.

6. Press Yes and then continue.

7. You can now press Toucan Tap/JustGiving to go back into the donation app.
